Slow Cooker Chicken Stew

Instructions
Place the celery, carrots and onion into the bottom of your slow cooker and place the chicken on top of the veg.
Season the chicken and veg. with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Mix together the tomato paste and chicken stock in a bowl.
Pour this mixture along with the water into the slow cooker. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.
