Chop up the mint, coriander, chili and the spring onions and mix them together. Then add this to the chicken mince, egg, and breadcrumbs.
Add the marinade to the mixture and mix this with your hands.
Mold the mix into a sausage like a shape.
Allow the Kebabs to chill before frying and then fry them until they have fully cooked through. They can also be grilled.
If frying, heat enough oil in the pan so that the pan is covered. If grilling, place the kebabs on a grill and cook evenly on all sides, keep basting them with the sesame oil.
