  • 400 g Manor Farm chicken mince
  • 5-6 Spring Onions
  • Small bunch of mint leaves
  • Green de-seeded chili
  • 2-3 Slices of bread, blended
  • 1 Egg
  • Small bunch of cilantro


  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Finely grated ginger
  • 2 tsp Garlic paste
  • Salt, to taste
  • Sesame oil


  • Chop up the mint, coriander, chili and the spring onions and mix them together. Then add this to the chicken mince, egg, and breadcrumbs.
  • Add the marinade to the mixture and mix this with your hands.
  • Mold the mix into a sausage like a shape.
  • Allow the Kebabs to chill before frying and then fry them until they have fully cooked through. They can also be grilled.
  • If frying, heat enough oil in the pan so that the pan is covered. If grilling, place the kebabs on a grill and cook evenly on all sides, keep basting them with the sesame oil.
