We at Manor Farm are very proud of Our Farmers and of the hard work they do to bring the finest quality chicken to you. The majority of Our Farmers are found in the traditional chicken farming areas of Counties Cavan & Monaghan as well as counties Meath, Louth, Limerick & Waterford.
We are very proud of the fact that we are Irelands first and only dedicated poultry feed mill.
Running for 24 hours a day, our state-of-the-art feed mill supplies nutrient-dense feed for each stage of our bird’s life.
No matter their life stage, be it rearing, laying or growing; our birds flourish on Manor Farm’s premium feed produced from local and natural raw materials.
Each batch of feed is produced with extreme care and caution. All incoming raw materials and finished feed are tested rigorously in our on-site laboratory.
We only source our raw materials from quality approved suppliers and all of our raw materials are 100% traceable.
Our wheat and oats are sourced from local crop farmers. We use a large amount of oilseed rape which is also 100% Irish. Other materials that are not grown in Ireland such as sustainable soya and maize, we source from Paraguay and Brazil.
Our feed processing is 100% UFAS, Bord Bia approved and proud members of Food Fortress.

Manor Farm chicken is 100% Irish and produced to only the highest of standards. Our chicken is BordBia approved and is a regular winner of numerous quality awards from Industry bodies. Along with our quality awards , we are consistent winners of several Irish & international food awards.
In our Shercock production facility, our skilled team intuitively understand how to refine the perfect cuts from each Manor Farm chicken.
As experts in their field, they are highly proficient in finding the best part of the bird in order to produce the finest results for you, our customers.
Our wide range of chicken products cater for all of your foodservice needs. We tailor our chicken to suit individual customer needs where required. Our aim is always to utilise the full chicken and are happy to work with Chefs to assist them in reducing their food waste.
