  • 225 g cooked Manor Farm chicken, cut into cubes
  • 115 g chorizo, sliced or diced
  • 3 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 celery stick, chopped
  • 400 g long grain rice
  • 1000 ml Chicken stock
  • 1 Tbsp tomato puree
  • 3/4 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 75 g frozen peas


  • Heat the oil in a saucepan and cook the onion, celery and red pepper gently until soft. Add rice, chicken stock and tomato puree. Simmer uncovered for about 10 minutes.
  • Stir in the chicken and chorizo, followed by peas and simmer for a further 5 minutes.
  • Switch off the heat, cover and leave to stand for 5 minutes before serving.
