Community Engagement
Local Community Involvement
We recognise the importance of being an active member of our local community. We will actively seek opportunities to engage with and support local initiatives and events that enhance the well-being and quality of life in our community.
Employee Volunteerism
We encourage our employees to volunteer their time and skills to charitable causes and community organisations. We may provide incentives to support employee volunteerism including team activities and individual paid time off to a maximum of one days pay.

We are committed to contributing a portion of our profits to charitable organisations. Our charitable giving will be guided by a set of criteria that align with our values and focus areas, ensuring our donations have a meaningful impact.
Employee-Driven Donations
We encourage employees to nominate and support charitable causes that matter to them. We may match employee donations or organise workplace giving campaigns to amplify the impact of our collective efforts.
Partnerships & Sponsorships
Community Partnerships
We will seek partnerships with local community organisations, committee, education institutions, voluntary organisations, club societies etc. to collaborate on projects and initiatives that create positive change in our community or a worthwhile purpose.
Event Sponsorships
We may sponsor community events, fundraisers, and initiatives that align with our values and have a direct impact on the causes we support

At Manor Farm, responsibility is one of our core values; we are a responsible employer, who is respectful of our employees and our local communities. We demonstrate this value through our company’s People & Communities initiative as part of which we consider funding, sponsorship and donations applications from any organisation/committee/education institution/voluntary organisation /club/society etc. from our members for any worthwhile purpose.
Our objective: Manor Farm will consider the donation of funds/product/sponsorship/activities that will benefit society/local communities, create positive sentiment and reflect the values of our organisation and its employees.
- Preference will be given to sponsorship, donation and funding requests that:
a. Reflect the mission and values of Manor Farm
b. Fulfil a recognised need and benefit society/local communities. - All applications will be considered by our Donations Committee must be made at least 30 days before the first day of the quarter.
Applications are reviewed 4 times per year. (Once per quarter). - Requests must be submitted on the official Manor Farm Donation Application Form and submitted to our People and Communities
Committee: [email protected] - Our Donations Committee meet once per quarter to consider applications for donations/sponsorship/funding. There is a limit of one application per organisation per year. Manor Farm does not guarantee donation/sponsorship/funding year to year. Each organisation shall re-apply for funding on an annual basis. Each application must state how Manor Farm will be acknowledged/represented through its donation.
- Recognition of Sponsorship: Any sponsored charity/sports club/organisation/committee/club/education institutions/voluntary organisation is obliged to publish where applicable on their website/social media pages (e.g. facebook/twitter) a photograph taken in one of the Manor Farm offices with a staff member when accepting a cheque/product, etc.
- Product donations: Any product donated for an event/activity must be stored and cooked in accordance with label instruction to safe guard
the integrity of the product. - Any sponsored organisation must display a Manor Farm logo and banner during sponsored event/activity. Manor Farm will provide a relevant logo and banner when necessary.
- All applicants may be asked to show proof of how Manor Farm was represented across collateral (photographs/copies of event programmes/brochures/adverts/printed items/copy of article in the newspaper). Manor Farm kindly requests that the recipient send proof of
same to [email protected] Manor Farm reserves the right to use a name of a sponsored organisation and any material for promotional purposes on our website/local papers/ presentations and any social media. - Upon approval or decline of your request for sponsorship/donation/funding, you will be notified in writing (by email) at the address provided on the application form. The People & Communities Committee decision is final and in the case of the declined sponsorship/donation request next re-application may be made in the following financial year.
