Minced Chicken Kebabs

Ingredients
- 400 g Manor Farm chicken mince
- 5-6 Spring Onions
- Small bunch of mint leaves
- Green de-seeded chili
- 2-3 Slices of bread, blended
- 1 Egg
- Small bunch of cilantro
Marinade
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Finely grated ginger
- 2 tsp Garlic paste
- Salt, to taste
- Sesame oil
Instructions
- Chop up the mint, coriander, chili and the spring onions and mix them together. Then add this to the chicken mince, egg, and breadcrumbs.
- Add the marinade to the mixture and mix this with your hands.
- Mold the mix into a sausage like a shape.
- Allow the Kebabs to chill before frying and then fry them until they have fully cooked through. They can also be grilled.
- If frying, heat enough oil in the pan so that the pan is covered. If grilling, place the kebabs on a grill and cook evenly on all sides, keep basting them with the sesame oil.
