Slow Cooker Chicken Stew

Ingredients
- 200 g chopped celery
- 200 g Chopped carrots
- 230 g Mushrooms
- 1100 g chicken breasts
- 1 tsp salt
- 150 g chopped onions
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 3 Tbsp tomato paste
- 700 ml chicken stock
- 100 ml water
- 3/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Place the celery, carrots and onion into the bottom of your slow cooker and place the chicken on top of the veg.
- Season the chicken and veg. with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
- Mix together the tomato paste and chicken stock in a bowl.
- Pour this mixture along with the water into the slow cooker. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.
