Sticky BBQ Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- 20 Chicken wings, wing tips removed
- olive oil
- 50 g Ketchup
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp Dark brown sugar
- 4 tsp Granulated garlic
- 4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tsp Tabasco sauce
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 2 tsp Chilli powder
Instructions
- Set aside the chicken and olive oil then combine all other ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir thoroughly.
- Place wings in a large sealable plastic bag (you may need to use a couple of bags depending on how many wings you are using!). Pour the marinade into the bag along with the wings, and, making sure there is no air left in the bag, seal tightly.
- Turn the bag a few times to ensure the marinade is evenly distributed over the chicken, then place in the fridge for around six hours.
- After the allotted time, remove the wings from the fridge and discard the marinade. Brush the wings with olive oil and proceed to cook them over a preheated barbecue.
