Chicken Pie with Lentils topped with mash

      Ingredients
- 400 g Manor Farm chicken mince
 - 1 Chopped fresh thyme
 - 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
 - 150 ml Chicken / Vegetable Stock
 - 10 ml Worchester Sauce
 - 3 tbsp Crème Fraiche
 - 320 g Lentils, drained
 - Handful parsley or basil leaves, chopped
 
Toppings
- 8 Potatoes, cooked, and mashed
 - 3 tbsp Crème Fraiche
 - Salt & Pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 160°C fan / 180°C / Gas 4. Heat the oil in a large saucepan then add the onion and chicken. Don’t break up the mince too much.
 - Fry this for 5-10 mins until the onion is soft and the chicken is golden.
 - Pour over the stock and add the Worchester Sauce and bring this to the boil.
 - Simmer for 20 mins until the chicken is cooked.
 - Stir in the lentils, then 3 tbsp Crème Fraiche and the herbs.
 - Spoon the chicken mix into 4 pie dishes and top with mash.
 - Place on a baking tray, then bake for 20-25 minutes until potato is golden, and the pie is heated through.
